Vendor and Customer Relations
◦ Establish strong, productive Ashewa Recurring offer teams and Smart partnership.
• Provide ownership for the complete supply chain, service offering, software sales and customer lifecycle management from ashewa smart solutions through Comstor to the Reseller
• In coordination with sales staff to position ashewa recurring offerings and ensure comprehension of entire RO portfolio and customer lifecycle services.
• Build visibility with ashewa and customers to create a competitive distribution advantage for smart software and services solutions.
• Ensure steady flow of product, services, software and pricing information collateral and promotions
• Work with the Sales Organisations to provide recurring offers forecast to drive new and renew business in EMEA
• Strong interaction with Ashewa’s central and local services and software teams.
• Drive specific marketing campaigns and trainings aligned to our ashewa technology central invest and OBF plans as part of ashewa's GTM strategy.

Business Management
• Provide monthly report on tracking business levels, product trends, software and services sales, promotions and vendor profitability
• Identify ways to build margin by means of bundling and developing new propositions
• Assist whereas necessary with customer lifecycle management
• Manage services and software updates/releases and price changes with Purchasing deps
• Provide necessary product input to the Master data team
• Understand the implications of SAP
o Communicate to sales and operation teams as appropriate
o Work on Specific promotions in our recurring offerings portfolio
