We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Senior Operation Officer to direct and manage our organizations of KABBA HOLDING COMPANY business activities.
Duties and responsibilities
Researching universities, programs and study destinations
Consulting students on destinations, study budgets and program choices
submitting application to universities, processing admissions and email correspondences
Training students for admission exams/Interviews
Assisting students in Essay writing and admission/visa documents preparation
Receive and check the accuracy, completion, and legality of the client’s requested supporting documents for admission and visa applications
Process individual client information - receive, scan and arrange client documents and apply for admission and file into the documentation folder
Arrange to request additional docs if needed.
Communicate the school regarding program admission and embassies for visa applications for any processing updates via e-mail, call and video conferences
Ensure timely reverts and regular follow-ups to clients emails, phone calls from the school
Checking Embassy visa application forms for accuracy and printing off documents to support individual visa applications
Assist individual clients in the Embassy appointment system
Provide detailed orientations and practical training for clients on the Embassy interview process
Regularly update binding client agreements for visa consultancy and facilitation services.
Advise a client on traveling issues that requires thorough knowledge of the host country’s background information on local customs, traditions, and residence regulations.
Prepare on a monthly basis reports on visa consulting and facilitation works
Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Minimum a BA degree in any field with a minimum of 2 /Tow/ years of practical experience in education or travel and related consultancy service companies.
Experience on abroad study/or Visa consulting/process

Advanced (C1) English proficiency skills
At least intermediate level computer using skills
Excellent communication skill
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in English and Amharic languages
Teamwork ability
Result-oriented, self-motivated, with attention to detail, and with a positive attitude
Cultivate goodwill and has good communication and relationship with foreign companies
