Having the required and requested knowledge and understanding about all products and services handled by SEGON MARILL as well as the networks and relationships that exist or need to exist with other agents and all local and international suppliers in order to effectively and efficiently conduct outreach to source new leads and engage with existing ones.

Reviewing prospect list, lead generation and conversion;
Prepare a daily, weekly and monthly report for the work of the whole unit;

Contact new and existing customers to discuss the main company services;
Maintain contact lists in an effective and efficient manner

Follow up with customers to continue relationships; Build international and local relationship and network;
Schedule meetings and presentation with prospects;
Coordinate with clients to optimize the sales effort;
Effective Communication
Coordinate with both sub-units to optimize the sales effort;
Coordinate with other units and team members to optimize the sales effort;
Customer Management
Conduct pre-move survey for all type of services that require survey; Prepare quotations for surveyed shipments;
Communicate customers requirement to the other departments (Operation team, Logistic team, financial team);
Communicate required documents and customs process for country of origin and country of destination during survey time with shippers/ clients:
Maintain frequency and volume of contact with client
Diversify and integrate various modes of contact to communicate with clients
Tailor communications to each client’s needs and interests
Opportunities Identification and Management
Identifying opportunities for potential surveys needs and quotations to be answered to;
Devising a successful strategy for winning a quotation, including pinpointing the unique selling points (key differentiators of our organization, knowing our company’s operating and profit margins and understanding the client’s specific requirements;
Vendor Management
Communicate SEGON-MARILL’S payment conditions during survey with shippers/clients;
Maintain contact with clients/agents/shippers during the all process from pre-move survey to final delivery at destination;
Coordinate with other units and team members to optimize the sales effort;
Working with key members of the project team and the client organization to obtain the information requires to compile the quotation;
If the quote is successful, briefing the teams who will carry out the project work;
In addition to the above listed responsibility each person can be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor to handle different activities corresponding to the all Sales and Marketing department.
The person who is assigned for this unit is also expected to handle all SEGON-MARILL’s type of services / activities = Import Air, Import Sea, Export Air, Export Sea, City Move, Relocation, Record Management, Hotel logistic management, Art Removal, Warehouse Management, or any other activity that could be developed by the company in the future .

Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or any business-related fields.
2 years relevant experience
Good knowledge of customer handling & Quality control
