We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven PEST CONTROL MANAGER to direct and manage our organizations of PESCO PEST CONTROL PLC business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs on the pest control. Duties for the pest control manager will include support allocating all over holding companies plan and business activities, formulating policies on companies planning dpt, monitoring and motivating staff, managing all company pest control dpt, ensuring good planning and development manuals, and monitoring all company pest control planning and business development activities and entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, and meeting business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience.
In order to be a pest control service manager, must either have previous management experience or extensive knowledge of the pest control industry. This means that, essentially, you can either qualify for this position by having experience as a manager in an industry other than pest control, or as a well-seasoned member of the pest control industry who has worked his/her way up over the years. Pest control service managers must obtain the necessary license or certification.
MBS/BSC in Plant Science and related fields required.
10+ years with demonstrated experience in DIRECT pest control management.
Strong project management and change management experience with the ability to develop and execute clear action plans.
Strong financial, strategic planning and business planning skills.
Proven track record of a strong ability to proactively identify resolutions to business issues and creating new and innovative ways of doing things, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing environment.
Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively within the department and across the business to drive and scale communications strategies across the enterprise.
Ability to influence and advise senior leadership in both communications and business settings. Strong understanding of the planning and development industry is preferred.
Strong management and team leadership skills, including willingness to mentor others.
Superior written and interpersonal communications skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to quickly learn and operate within a complex, fast-paced and changing environment. Ability to meet tight deadlines.
