Pact Ethiopia exists to build local capacity to enable systematic solutions that allow those who are poor and marginalized to earn a dignified living, be healthy and enjoy the benefit nature provides. For efficient execution of its duties, Pact Ethiopia is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, energetic individual to fill the following position for its 5-year, USAID-funded program, Sustainable Peace Activity.
Overview
As the Gender and Social Inclusion/ Hard to Reach lead, your role will be both cross-cutting and targeted. You will be a core member of the Senior Management Team within Sustainable Peace Activity, reporting to the team leader and working closely with him and the Senior Management Team to ensure successful delivery of the programme. As such, you will work on the following areas of work, though these are indicative, rather than exhaustive. A certain amount of flexibility will be required in terms of supporting different aspects of the programme roll out (for example, gap filling or back-stopping for colleagues).
