Sales coordinators are responsible to coordinate the sales branch that selling the company product (Foam & Furniture). Meet the assigned target, encourage customers to buy the product, enhance the customer service knowledge, provide truth-based information to customers and establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship sales coordinator is accountable and report to department manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, follow and manage coordinators and control the day to day activity of the entire sales branch.
Follow the sales branch to sell company's products in accordance with the selling price settled by the company.
Provide truth-based information on the quality and quantity of our items we offered by comparing with other sellers.
Manage and present the company product quality for new client.
Set the standard tools to measure the performance of the sales branch.
Follow how to maintain the cash register in every sales branch and handling of payment and delivering the receipt and attachment to customer.
Record the daily sales data and prepare the report to the department managers.
Control stock balance and report current balance to branch coordinators department manager
Adapt and improve and exercise team work experience to create synergy.
Supervise and take appropriate measure to avoid any risk.
Receive and handle customer’s complaint in good hospitality to encourage buying the company product.
Manage and always keep neat and clean of branch and follow the hygiene of sales team and personality to attract customers and to build the company image.
Record customers feedback of each branch and report the branch to department manager
Analyze and record seasonal sales transaction of each sales branch.
Coordinate with store in the process of timely delivery.
Measure potential customer’s opinion of the product.
The sales man should fulfill the entire necessary sales document during sales.
Follow the attendance and manage working hours respect the company rules.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Performs other job-related duties as required by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirement
Qualification
BA Degree Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related field from recognized university.
Work Experience
At list 3 years and above experience in Foam and Furniture sales and marketing.
