Position Summary

The workshop manager will be responsible for the management of workshop staff, equipment, environment, production, process quality, and will arrange reasonable progress in their own workshop to ensure that the workshop can finish production tasks on schedule.

Reporting to: Production Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• According to the production plan to organize production, follow the production schedule, timely adjust production process to ensure timely complete orders.
• Reasonable arrange workshop staff tasks.
• Production line inspection focuses on equipment, personnel, orders, progress, quality status, detect problem and improve it timely.
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of equipment, molds and tools coordinate with the equipment department to the maintenance of equipment to ensure the normal operation of machinery and equipment.
• Responsible for safe production, to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment and property, on-site 5S implementation and improvement.
• In accordance with the relevant provisions of the management of bonded materials to meet the customs management of bonded materials requirements.
• Implement the documents issued by the company to ensure that the operating personnel according to the provisions of the file operations.
• Responsible for fulfilling the production report and the analysis of the statements.
• Responsible for improving the workshop efficiency of the process and controlling cost.
• To assess the training needs of workshop operators, responsible for the training and assessment of the group leader and staff, and continuously improve the production staff work skills.
•  Continuously improve the production process, improve production efficiency and reduce material loss.
• Complete the other matters assigned by the superior.

• College graduate or above is preferred.
• General
• Relevant work experience
• Understand ISO quality management system requirements
• Familiar with computer office software.
