Position Summary
The equipment manager will be assigned to manage and optimize the production resources (production lines, equipment, and factory facilities) and finish all kinds of company targets; build an efficient equipment team; and affect all levels to achieve a good cooperation relationship.
Key relationships: Equipment directors, Electrical engineers, and Equipment maintenance workers.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Organize, manage and coordinate the inputting work of new equipment/ production lines and republic facilities
Equipment type, negotiation, program determination and related purchasing work in project investment
To analysis and determine the feasibility of new equipment and new technology
Guide and supervise the maintenance for equipment and auxiliary equipment; develop and train the equipment maintenance team and workers’ equipment maintenance skills
Organize to design production process automation improvements, make sure production quality and goal to come true
Responsible for purchasing equipment and electric accessories, and spare parts management
Solve quality and process issues together with other teams and quality engineering staff
Supervise the formulation, modification and improvement for equipment operation guidance
Optimize the production process/ layout
Promote improvement projects to decrease costs constantly
Make the department annual budget and goal, make sure the effect of budget and goal
Manage equipment maintenance staff, train operational workers to make routine maintenance for equipment
Other tasks that assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
Education
Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical engineering, Mechanical design, electrical engineering or related professional graduated.;
General
5 years of equipment updating, production line automation, project management or equipment maintenance related management experience.
With years of mechanical automation equipment selection, commissioning and maintenance work experience and PLC programming experience
preferred someone who’s having AutoCAD/ Office and other office software.
