Position Summary
The Quality manager will be responsible for making an overall plan, organizing, coordinating, and controlling the company’s quality management system and products quality, making sure the company’s quality system is running effectively and continually, and meeting customers’ requirements with our products.
Manage the department IQC, IPQC and FQC, and laboratory operation
Responsible for compiling procedure documents, operating instructions and other documents that related to the quality department
Make materials and products quality and inspection standards; help new products and new equipment put into related work
Determine the production processes and final products quality, collect quality information during producing; analysis, improve, implement, verify corrective and preventive measures
Participate in supplier quality management, supplier evaluation and control
Deal with raw material, out sourced products complaints, trace improvement actions, and analysis customers’ complaints and make improvement
Responsible for the establishment and implement of measuring equipment calibration system, and supervise testing of measuring instruments (such as ruler, tape measure etc)
Contact professional testing organizations, complete company products’ testing reports, and certificates collection, distribution and archiving and other work; responsible for issuing related quality certificates and testing reports
Make training plans for the quality department, and implement them
According to company’s annual target, effectively organize the quality department tasks to ensure reach goals smoothly
Coordinate and communicate quality system and other departments related matters within company
Finish other tasks assigned by superior.

Qualification Requirements
Education
College or above degree, chemical, medical or management professionals are preferred.
General
Over 3 years’ experience in quality management system will be preferred
Someone with basic concepts, theory and methods of quality management
Someone with knowledge of medical device industry laws and regulations
With good Understanding of ISO 13485 quality management system requirements
Familiar with computer office software
