We are seeking a PROJECT COORDINATOR for a project we are implementing.

The FSCSPCO plans to contribute towards the development and expansion of education and support collaborative learning communities through partnership with all relevant stakeholders. It plans to develop the talents and capabilities of students in sports, culture, art, and innovative activities
The Project Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of FSCSPCO projects. S/he will be responsible for providing technical support for project implementation and capacity-building activities. The PC will also be responsible for the overall project design, and implementation as well as monitoring and evaluation of projects. S/he is responsible for running projects and proper utilization of project funds.
Within her/his capacity the PC will work closely with the FSCSPCO team to meet all project-related objectives and deliverables. The PC ensures that resources are focused on reaching strategic objectives, managing projects, meeting sponsors’ expectations, and adhering to all internal and external standards. S/he is responsible for developing the project annual plan, project annual report, project self-assessments, and collaborating with relevant project sector offices.
S/he provides support in project compliance, operational, communication, and administration across project activities. S/he ensures that project operations adhere to the FDRE Authority for Civil Society Organizations Policies and Procedures, rules, and regulations. S/he is responsible for proactively monitoring, operations, systems, and processes to provide corrective measures.

Reports to Finance & Operations Manager
Coordinates with Finance office, HR Manager, Teachers, Admin Office
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 4:00 pm), and Saturdays (from 8:00 am - 12:30 pm).
