JOB SUMMARY : § Under the general guidance of the immediate supervisor, the cumbersome cleans and sweeping the office premises, office rooms, window, floors, office furniture, equipment and machines, walls, toilet; maintains sanitation supplies and materials and use effectively etc.; Control and ensures the neatness and the proper arrangement of the compound regularly and facilitate waste disposal modalities and manage accordingly; |
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS : 1. Ensure that janitorial supplies and materials are fully available for the cleaning activity and for safety and environmental hygiene and infection prevention protocols ; 2. Cleans and sweeps the Work station/Clinic /premise, office etc; windows, floors walls, corridors, toilet, etc. washing gowns, draw sheets, towels, curtains, etc., waxes and polishes furniture; 3. Collects and removes waste, polishes and cleans walls and windows; 4. Flashes and maintains toilets properly; 5. Ensures adequate supply of all items for work and proper usage of the sanitary works; 6. Clean furniture, equipment and machines used in the office making due care for their safety; 7. Handle and clean with due care working documents on tables and files in shelves and keep in their original place; 8. Use sanitation supplies and materials with economy and maintain in safety; 9. Keep and safeguard all office rooms/work stations/clinics with proper care all equipments , furniture and supplies and documents assess by virtue of Job factor; 10. Report for any damages, misallocation ,burglary etc occur in work stations, dysfunctional equipments and key for immediate supervisor; 11. Provide office assistant services during working hour ; 12. Performs such other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the head of the immediate supervisor ;

12/10Grade Complete 2 for Grade 12 ,4 years for grade 10 after completion, shall posses experiences in similar position
Knowledge of the safety , infection prevention is required;
