The company is engaged in various lines of businesses including, import, real-estate, local trading etc. and export of sesame seeds, chickpeas, chat and soybean.
Typical responsibilities of the job include:
Cooperating with the general manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
Delegating and Handling daily tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Greet and assist visitors.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Job Requirement
Requirements and Skills
Proven admin or assistant experience. Managerial experience is a plus.
At least 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
