· By closely working with the organizers of the meeting and leadership team, carry out an assessment to identify Jhpiego’s needs in relation to day-to-day activities and working relationships among staff. The individual consultant could use the areas of focus through the team, resource utilization, problem-solving, and or effective leadership.
· The individual Consultant will mainly focus on creating team-building exercises tailored to the organization’s needs, these exercises will be carried out for two days. The exercise will be designed to be engaging and educational.
· Exercises will be designed to accommodate all Jhpiego Ethiopia staff. The exercise will be integrated with the overall meeting purpose to make sure there is consistency.
· Once the agreement is finalized, the selected consultant will go through the agenda items and exercises to make sure activities are aligned with the demands of the organization.
Job Requirement
1. The creative learning exercise should be provided from April 18 – 19, 2023 at Haile Resort Located in Hawassa.
2. The selected individual consultant will need to provide agenda showing duration of time and must ensure alignment with the official annual meeting agenda.
3. Individual consultant must be on time and organized to provide the agreed service. Given the short number of days for this meeting, time is of the essence shall be considered.
4. The individual consultant should deliver the creative learning and team building exercises on the specified date and location.
5. Submit a full assessment report of the meeting after one week of the annual meeting.
