Job Description
· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
· Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
· Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
· Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
· Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
· Prepare reports on account status
· Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
· Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Position Responsibilities
1. Follow up the E2E process of customer relationship development and project implementation, and ensure the achievement of market targets, sales targets, and collection targets of the account dept and the improvement of customer relationship.
2. Be able to understand and guide customer requirements. Be able to gain insight into customer pain points and requirements, effectively present solutions, influence customer decision-making, and guide customers' willingness to purchase.
3. Have the capability of building and improving customer relationships with executives, and support the success of company projects and the achievement of sales targets. Guide and assist in the proper handling of negative events;
4. Determine market objectives and strategies by organizing comprehensive market analysis (industry, customer, competition, and opportunity), and participate in developing and implementing the customer relationship plan.
