Warehouse Manager

LonAdd HR Consultancy Plc (www.lonadd.com) is a Recruitment & Outsourcing Company based in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, with branch offices in Dukem and Hawassa. 

We are looking to recruit a Qualified Warehouse Manager to join On Behalf of Our Client.

Main Responsibilities

• The warehouse manager in the warehouse in general supervises and undertakes the overall operation of the warehouse.
• The major duties and responsibilities include:
• Organizing the warehouse operation and staffs.
• Managing the warehouse machineries, oversees the function of the securities and sanitation.
• Participating in the classification and coding process of company’s properties
• Designing the placement of the different equipment’s depending on the nature of the classification and coding of the company in the warehouse.
• Supervising the receiving, inspecting and storage of the inbound equipment’s to the warehouse.
• Supervising the dispatching of equipment’s to the targeted site based on the order received.
• Controlling the proper flow of the warehouse documents based the company’s procedure.
• Planning and participating in the inventory controlling process.
• Prepares periodic reports about the status of the equipment in particular and the Prepares periodic reports of the equipment status and the warehouse in general.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring the safety of staffs
• Undertakes other instructions given by the logistics manager.
