Key Performance Objectives
Trade Marketing
§ Implement the Segment Channel Strategy for product communication in retail channels and point of sales
§ Manage the development and execution of brand experience throughout retail - Collaborates with sales teams to turn the “selling stories” into sales tools
§ Develop point of sales solutions to promote product features and specifications
§ Execution of activities ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated
§ Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing departments on field sales needs and marketing initiatives
§ Ensures efficient spending of trade marketing budget and supervises the trade marketing spend in-country
Retail Display Guidelines
§ Develop and monitors the implementation of retail display and merchandising guidelines for all sales touch points- Trade Brand Bible
§ Continually monitor the implementation of the display and merchandising guidelines by all resellers / Agencies / Installers and take remedial action through appropriate structures where necessary
Provide input into cycle brief for sales operations specifically with regards to the adherence to the retail display and merchandising guidelines.
Stakeholder Relations
§ Provide specialized and technical trade and marketing support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional and organizational objectives
§ Establish and monitor healthy, diverse internal and external relations and implement remedial actions where required, in the achievement of organizational goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.Experience
§ A minimum of 3-5 years Consumer electronics, FMCG, Trade Marketing experience
§ Sales experience would be an added benefit
§ Proven experience in marketing.
