Responsibilities:
• Create and execute learning strategies and programs..
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, online training)
• Design and deliver e-learning courses and other trainings.
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
• Assess and provide Job specific Trainings/certifications for staffs on a quarterly basis.
• By using career pathing, assist managers in developing their team members.
• Collaborate with department managers and Identify the Current strengths of each staff and decide on key areas for development through career pathing.
• Develop employee wellness program.
• Research the skills needed to achieve the appointed development goals for each staff.
• Hire and oversee training and leadership & development professionals.
• Provide team build up session for all departments.
• Analyze the effectiveness of the new hire training and update whenever is needed.
• Plan and track departments annual training plan with respective managers.
• Manage employee survey.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an employee relation, and training and development Supervisor, Training Lead or similar
• MA/BA in Management, Human resource, or a related field .
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong interpersonal skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
• Strong presentation skills.
