Key Skills/Experience Required
More than 7 years’ experience as a Project Manager or facilitator in horticultural business
Experience of company start up
Working in floricultural business startup is desired.
Minimum Required Qualifications
A recognized Agriculture, human resource, social science, Engineering qualification or other related fields.
Language Requirements
English speaking and writing.
Afaan Oromo speaking, and writing will be advantageous.
