At Target Business Consultants we provide consulting services in financial management for a wide spectrum of sectors, among other business advisory services. Our financial management related services are automation of financial management tasks, business process outsourcing, financial management capacity assessment, training, coaching and mentoring services for clients. We are looking for a vibrant ACCA or CPA designated accountant interested in working with us.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conducting financial management performance assessment of a client
Assist clients in the implementation of accounting standards.
Develop a financial management capacity development plan for clients.
Assist clients to prepare financial reports in line with their internal and external reporting requirements.
Development of training materials and provision of trainings in collaboration with other team members
Development of capacity development plan in consultation with clients and monitoring of implementation of such plans
Conducting as-is assessment and develop process flow charts for the to-be in collaboration with other teams as part of ERP and other accounting software implementation.
Review of new version of financial management software, presenting to the team new changes, support clients for the adoption of new features.
Conduct a gap assessment for the implementation of accounting standards.
Support the conversion of accounting standards together with other team members.
Assist clients in preparation of annual budget, periodic budget executive reports and financial analysis.
Conducing of project finance performance analysis.
Support and coach subordinates reporting to him.
Prepare plans and performance reports for activities under his/her scope.
Job Requirement
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
5+ years’ experience as a accountant, auditor or financial management consultant
ACCA or CPA designation
Skills and Values
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of investment products, services, and strategies
Excellent understanding of use of Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI
Excellent understanding of accounting software
Excellent skill in reading and review of documents
