Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company goals and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Monitor and report on sales team performance, providing insights and actionable improvements.
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective lead generation and marketing campaigns.
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
