Import /Export Operation Manager

Job Description

• Develops strategic plan and implements the same up approval; 
• Works with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule and within the budget;
• Prepares policies and procedures and manages properties;
• Strong working knowledge of Import and Export procedures
• Import and export management knowledge

Job Requirement

• Minimum BA or MA   degree and 10 or 8 years of relevant work experience. Experience in Import /Export Company is an advantage

• Four or more years of proven success in an operations management role
• Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
• Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
