Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and meet business objectives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to optimize processes.
• Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track and improve operational performance.
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for increased efficiency.
• Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience of 2+ years in executive support and operations management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for operations management.
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exposure in trading, mining, and other business sectors is a plus.
