§ Using internet banking or daily bank statement Check and verify customers’ deposit of cash to our account before Sales Invoice prepared and scratch card is issued to customers.

§ Daily commination should be made with region through email and telephone.
§ Supervise and Assistant any financial request from regions.
§ Each time sales invoice is raised/issued, the accountant will have a copy of the invoice and also have copy of delivery order so as to confirm the stock is issued from store after sales invoice is issued.
§ Based on sales invoice and delivery order the accountant will record sales and update stock record consecutively.
§ Send copy of daily count sheet and reconciliation report after zero difference to Chief Accountant, FM and CFO via email.
§ The accountant will check each airtime sales amount is properly deposited at KFT bank account opened for scratch card distribution.
§ Monitoring and reporting credit sales collection.
§ Performing bank reconciliation
§ Cash positioning report.
§ Confirm for each regions and Addis Ababa finance officers via email or SMS the Sub disrupter the deposited amount.
§ Check every day bank balance opened specifically for this project.
§ Prepare Bank/Cash position, bank guaranty on hand, account receivable, daily Sales, bank reconciliation and inventory reports.
§ As needed in charge for other financial activities.
§ An employee is expected to work 48 hours in a week accordingly.
§ Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field of studies.
Experience: Five or more years of progressively responsible financial accounting experience with a Private Limited Company is preferred; or substituting on a month-for-month basis, successful completion of course work or training in accounting practices and principles for the desired experience. Sales background is advantageous.
