Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the company, preparing financial reports and budgets, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and forecast
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
• Manage the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations

Job Location:-

• Akaki-Kality (manufacturing unit)
• Bus Service is provided.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• ACCA certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point etc.)
• Good knowledge of ERP Software Application, Microsoft NAV, SAP
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards

Must have: High level of English communication (Written and Spoken)
