Beer Production Operator

Job Description

• Operate brewing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete all necessary records accurately on time and record of all irregularity in to log book
• Take respective samples as per the brewer instruction.
• Handling of all waste as per the brewer instruction
• Perform all tasks in an efficient, safe and productive manner.
• Use and keep all PPE clean and available when necessary.
• Perform all CIP as per work instruction of the brewer. 

Job Requirement

BA Degree in Chemical Engineering, food science or Related Field 

1+ years of experience in the same field.
