EthSwitch is the National Switch owned by all banks (private and public) operating in Ethiopia, the National Bank of Ethiopia, MFIs, PIIs, and PSOs. The Manager for E-payment and Card Personalization is responsible to plan, organize, lead and control the functions of the Division and ensure that individual card holder data are loaded into the cheap memory, encoded into the magnetic stripe and variable data printed, engraved and embossed on the surface of the card,
Job Requirement
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields of studies
8/6 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 years in senior professional positions
Competence in Managing people and Customers, certifications are advantages
