 Well versed with MS office, Excel, Power point.

Responsible For daily and weekly TT reporting and analysis.

 Ensure TT quality ; Escalate on time and accuracy 

 Monitoring For CRs surveillance quality:

 Report sending on time and accurate

 Daily report (Exco that should be update in daily base, morning evening that should be update For 

sending report)

 Handover report

 Know how of Access control procedures 

 Attended to all training and process review 

 Checking related emails (personally and group email)

Job Requirement

Basic knowledge on Microsoft skill: 

Excel , ms word, power point
