Wireless Engineer

Main Duties and Responsibilities;

Responsible for Wireless Project roll-out & Maintenance Project Delivery:

          1) Clearly understand Sites Solution and accordingly Supervise onsite Installation.

          2) Material Requisition(MR). 

          3) Subcontractor Support During Project.

          4) Project Alarm monitoring after implementation and PAT communication with customer.

          5) Work on Wireless daily maintenance work in cluding Customer issue handling , health check, service report.

          6) Listening to voice of customers (VOC) and addressing, improve customer satisfaction and SLA renewal.

Responsible for  Enterprise on Wireless Services: 

          1) eLTE Project support.

          2) Maintenance.

          3) Health Check.

          4) Service Report.

          5) Listening to voice of customers (VOC) and addressing the Issue, improve customer satisfaction and 

          6) SLA renewal.

Educational Qualification;

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering or related fields

Language skills; 

• Fluency in English

Age and Company requirement;

• Age < 25 years, willing to learn quickly, work under pressure effectively and efficiently, take responsibilities, timely solutions to issues, smooth communication internally and externally, cooperative(have good team spirit and communication skills), alert enough for Information and Cyber Security.
