ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND

PETCO Ethiopia Recycling Community Organization (PETCO Ethiopia) established in 2019 as a non-profit national organization registered by the Ethiopian Civil Society Organizations Authority. It represents the Ethiopian manufacturing industry’s joint effort to promote the corporate social responsibility and circular economy in Ethiopia. PETCO Ethiopia seeks to enhance sustainability measures to minimize the environmental, social, and economic impacts of solid waste.

PETCO Ethiopia is pleased to invite qualified and registered audit firms recognized by accounting and audit board of Ethiopia (AABE/&FDRE Agency for civil society organizations to submit their technical and financial proposals for conducting statutory audit of Jan 1st, 2023, to Dec 31, 2023, with an estimated expenditure/ income of approximately ETB 6 million (approximately #4 box files).

Job Requirement

• The Audit firm shall be registered with accounting and Audit Board of Ethiopia /AABE/
• The Audit firm must have solid experience around charity organization/Civil society organizations.
• The Audit firm must have renewed the business registration license, TIN and VAT registration certificate and other relevant legal documents.
• The firm shall submit evidence and reference for similar work done in the past based on IPSAS reporting standard.
• The audit firm should provide a complete company profile.
• The firm should submit financial proposal with closed and stamped envelope before CoB November 21, 2023, to our office address:
