Main Duties and Responsibilities
Develop marketing & sales strategy
Coordinate the sales teams
Prepare training, orientation and motivating team member
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for the products
Continuously improve through feedback
Perform other Duties as assigned

Job Requirement
Education and Experience
BA Degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering and Related professions
4 years or above working experience as a professional or above working experience as a sales professions out of which 2 years as Sales supervisor Experience in the Paint Manufacturing industry is highly encouraged.
