Duties and Responsibilities:
As A Fixed Asset Manager, under the direct supervision of the Finance Director, you will be responsible for recording, tracking, and reporting all transactions related to the company's fixed assets, using standard accounting practices and software. The position holder will ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and laws regarding fixed assets.
The Manager is also responsible to supervise and train the fixed asset staff and coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing, operations, finance, etc., to ensure accurate and timely fixed asset information.

Essential minimum qualifications and capacities
· A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field or
· A master's degree or professional certification, such as CPA or CMA, may be preferred or required
· A minimum of 6 years of experience in fixed asset accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
· Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Proficient in fixed asset software, such as Oracle Fixed Assets or Sage Fixed Assets
· Knowledge of fixed asset accounting principles, practices, standards, and regulations
· Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to lead, motivates, and inspires a team of fixed asset accountants.
· Ability to work strategically and collaboratively with other departments and managers.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
