Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Manager, HR Development, you will expect to align human resource processes and programs to business priorities and values by designing and implementing effective human resource and talent strategies to develop, motivate, and retain capable talent.

Essential minimum qualifications and capacities
· Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Management, or related fields
· 6/8 years of relevant experience out of which 2/3 years in managerial or supervisory position respectively.
· Strong knowledge of training planning and provision skills
· Solid understanding of business processes, budgeting, and financial management
· Expert in performance management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong prioritization, organization, and team leadership skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective professional relationships with executives, co-workers and external partners
