Job Summary
The Relationship Manager will grow and maintain a portfolio of clients within the assigned sector by recommending or selling IFB Corporate Banking products and cross selling other Bank products and services so as to enhance value-add relationship with existing customers.
This incorporates strong personal drive in prospecting and acquiring new customers, pursuing incremental business within the existing customer base, managing customer expectations to sustain the business relationship and providing business advice that will benefit the client.
Academic & Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, marketing management, business administration, banking, finance or related field
Diploma/ Certificate in Islamic banking finance or related field is an added advantage.
Experience in corporate banking is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Arabic language is mandatory.

Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience out of which two (2) years in supervisory post

Required Technical Competency
A distinguished professional history demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Interest Free(Islamic) banking operation, IFB Deposit and Investment/Financing products and working knowledge Shari’ah principles pertaining to IFB.
Sound knowledge of IFB mode of finance/investments and associated risks.
Knowledge of Arabic language
Knowledge and experience in modern sales and marketing practices in financial services industry to provide visionary guidance on strategic changes to drive performance.
Networking skills to effectively leverage on relationships that will enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Extensive banking background, including understanding credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior level leaders regarding key business priorities, issues and initiatives.
