The Legal Assistant is Responsible for
Provide legal advice on non-complex legal issues
Draft/Review non-complex procurement contracts and other legal documents
Conduct legal research on cases and legal issues. And, gather pertinent legal information as required from time to time.
Handle non-complex legal cases and procedural matters at governmental authorities
Monitor, study and develop written summaries of draft and enacted legislations, regulations, industry guidelines, business journals and other relevant publications.
Notarize legal documents at public notary office, handle business license renewal and update.
Assist with the administration and management of legal department workflow.

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Education and Major requirements
Bachelor Degree in Law From Reputable university
At least 2 years of experience working in the legal field; familiar with South Sudan law, Djibouti law or Eritrea Law.
Language Skill:
English and Amharic Language Proficiency, Skills in other languages is also
