Job Summary
This position is responsible for processing permit application in accordance with international rules, NBE and the banks regulations and policies.
Required Technical Competency
● Process the foreign exchange applications and shipping documents in accordance with International Rule, NBE regulations and the bank's policy.
● Respond to queries from branches, customers, and National Bank of Ethiopia.
● Handle client’s problems in relation to forex permits and take necessary corrective actions.
● Attend queries forwarded from branches, customers, and National bank of Ethiopia.
● Assist in correspondence of the section and ensure proper organisation of records.
Qualifications/Skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field
·At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent
