Farm Africa is an international NGO founded in 1985, with a vision to ensure a prosperous rural Africa. It is a specialist development NGO working with smallholder farmers and forest communities, local governments, and the private sector in Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Farm Africa currently wants to invite eligible bidders for an experienced, highly motivated, and qualified Legal Consulting Service Firm.

Qualifications of the Legal Consultants
1. Bidders shall submit all the legal documents (renewed Trade License, Registration, TIN, VAT/TOT certificates)
2. Consulting firm lead staff must have a minimum Master’s Degree in LLB.
3. A professional license/certification is a requirement.
4. Additional qualifications are advantageous.
5. Sound judgment and the ability to analyze situations, facts, and information.
6. Excellent knowledge of local labor law and procedure.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
9. Years of experience: at least 7 years with INGOs and labor law (provide testimonies).
10. Eligible business registration and work permit license and TIN certificate required.
11. Provide evidence-based (testimonials) experience
12. Bidders shall clearly state their unit price, number, and total price including VAT/ToT in ETB
