Purpose statement: Drive the implementation of management system across the organization through continuous assessment of the current system and provide guidance and coordination to all stakeholders. Work towards the implementation of continuous improvement through audits on internal system and suppliers, while also managing the calibration and customer compliant program.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive the implementation & Maintenance of management systems like ISO 9001:2015 and related activities.
Ensure documentation of all related requirements are defined and implemented as per the ISO 9001:2015 or respective requirement or standard.
Ensure legal compliance with regards to resource, qualification and skills.
Support the implementation of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) as per the required standard and practice
Engage all key stakeholders to conduct the necessarily activity for system implementation like internal audit, documentation and record keeping.
Ensure system is up-to-date and managed in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirement be it on manual and IT system
Train and develop internal auditors that will assess the system capability and implementation
Regular report the status of the system implementation to his/her line manager
Engage with sales and marketing to get informed and immediately resolve customer complaints.
Assess and identify the root cause of customer complaint and report accordingly.
Conduct market survey in alignment with sales and marketing to understand the conditions and challenges of customers.
Foster an environment that supports an engaged safety and quality culture.
Maintained a SAFE ZONE to employees by ensuring all hazards are identified, reported and removed.
Reported all unsafe conditions, near misses and unsafe behaviors on Enablon as per Wilmar standard.
Reported all accidents and incidents within the time frame provided by Wilmar manually and then on Enablon.
Engaged with employees continuously through safety talk to create awareness
Develop the calibration program for equipments and machines in the factories
Coordinate with all stakeholders to document the necessarily calibration requirement
Engage with the service provider and regulatory body to ensure needed calibration is done accordingly and all records are maintained with eth service provider logo and seal.
Schedule and follow – up and ensure implementation is done on a periodic manner
Develop suppliers through the supplier guidance and audit and their capabilities in line with the business requirement and as per the Willmar standard/guideline.
Ensure consistent audits are conducted to understand the gaps in supplier performance
Implement corrective action plans that create long term solution too systemic problems
Ensure compliance to company and regulatory policies and standards for all supplied items.
Work with suppliers to ensure material performance meets company standards
Conduct follow up – audits, on site and on desk audits as required, and communications to improve compliance by suppliers.
Engaged with relevant regulatory body to understand requirement and ensure business meets the standard.
Gather non-conformance data and document appropriately and communicate with all stakeholders.
Ensure company product registration and marking are done in compliance with the regulation or compulsory standard.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
BSC in applied chemistry/ industrial chemistry/chemical engineering or other related field of study.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in manufacturing industry, in quality control technician or supervisory position
