Scope of Role
Insights & Innovation Manager will be a key player in leveraging data and insights to inform our strategic direction. This dual role will involve comprehensive market research, ranging from brand health tracking and customer service surveys to internal surveys like employee satisfaction. Additionally, this position will oversee the product development process, ensuring the alignment of new products with both market demand and our brand's essence.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Market Research: Design, implement, and analyze external market research, including brand health trackers, customer service surveys, and other relevant studies to gauge brand perception and market opportunities.
2. Internal Surveys: Conduct internal surveys such as employee satisfaction, gathering insights to improve internal operations and workplace culture.
3. Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring products are in line with market needs and Komari Beverages' brand values.
4. Data Analysis: Synthesize data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations to both the commercial and brand teams.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, branding, and other departments to ensure the alignment of product offerings and marketing strategies based on research findings.
6. Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external research agencies and consultants, ensuring timely and quality delivery of research projects.
7. Budget Management: Oversee the budget for market research and product development activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
8. Reporting: Regularly present research findings, product development updates, and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team.
