The roles and responsibilities of a Pre-Sales Engineer are the following, but not limited to.
Works on deals assigned to the sales team, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team productivity as directed by the Sales Agreement.
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers meet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
Adapt to new IT technologies and gather end-to-end knowledge on assigned specialization products in collaboration with the Vendors and Solutions Architects to help deliver the best and winning proposal.
Provide assistance and professional development to sales team associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical accumulated, and technical sales skills.
Understanding customer IT requirements from bid documents or customer meetings
Conducting customer site survey
Generating site survey reports and site preparation guides based on a survey
Designing and optimizing solutions based on the customer requirements
Developing comparative analysis on different vendor products to best meet the customer requirement
Preparing technical response documents based on customer requirements
Preparing system specification and solution architecture based on customer requests
Presenting the solution to the customer with accompanying Sales team, and Vendor
Provide stand-by and emergency maintenance on an as-needed basis.
Providing an assistance in Preparation of Low level and high-level documents for project implementation.
Finding the right suppliers and requesting quotations for products and solutions
Prepare reports based on the company policy
Job Requirement
Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:
MSC/Bsc. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with hand on experience 4-6 years.
Applicants from similar business area is plus.

Experience on Network and security, System and storage, DCF, is advantageous
