Compressor Techinician

Job Description

• Installing compressors in new facilities or replacing existing equipment in existing facilities
• Reviewing blueprints and sketches to determine equipment specifications
• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and filter replacements
• Repairing leaking valves, broken hoses, damaged pumps, and other mechanical parts
• Installing new equipment or replacing old equipment with newer technology as needed
• Repairing equipment that has been damaged by fire, flood, or other natural disasters
• Installing and repairing air conditioners, heaters, humidifiers, and other equipment used to control environmental conditions in buildings
• Inspecting equipment to identify potential safety hazards or other issues that could lead to equipment failure
• Daily recording running hours of compressors.
• Aware to read drawings for spare parts requisition timely.
• Closely monitor spare parts availability in warehouse.
• Document record keeping of preventive maintenance schedule.
• Housing keeping habits.

Job Requirement

        Qualification and Experience:

·         Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields with five (5) years of direct related experience
