Our company Shints ETP Garment needs to hire Visa Officer fulfill the following criteria;
Stay informed about Ministry of Labor and Immigration rules, ETP labor laws, and other relevant regulations.
Apply immigration and visa-related knowledge to day-to-day Human Capital operations.
Maintain and update employee records, including passports, labor contracts, labor cards, EID, and photos.
Ensure proper storage and documentation of employee visa-related records, both in soft and hard copies.
Assist employees with Visa, Immigration, Golden visa and government-related queries.
Ensure the timely processing of visa renewals and new applications to avoid penalties.
Coordinate passport collection in adherence to deadlines. On
Manage transactions related to work permits and residence visas
Collaborate with the Ministry of Labor, Naturalization, and Residence department.

Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ years of relevant experience in visa and immigration compliance.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using computer applications.
Bilingual communication skills in English mean that fluent by English.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and team working skills.
Effective stress and time management abilities.
Keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
In-depth knowledge of ETP Labor law, and other regulatory and governmental entities, with a commitment to staying updated on legal and governmental updates.
