Job Description
· Assess the cleanliness and hygiene situation of the office on daily basis Empty
trash and all garbage daily from every office.
. Sweep & mop the floors of the office on daily basis.
· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms and other places in the building
like corridors.
· Clean office tables, chairs, filing cabinets, etc.
· Clean bathrooms at least 3 times a day.
· Wash walls and windows using sponges, towels with liquid soaps.
· Prepare and serve tea/coffee and any other refreshments to staff and guests.
· Request for purchase of the necessary materials for cleaning and use cleaning
materials responsibly
· Provide photocopying services.
· Deliver documents and letters internally.
- Attend the reception area and answer incoming calls and transfer calls to
departments
· Taking care of the organization’s office equipment during day-today operations
· Serving visitors and guests with refreshment (tea, coffee and water) upon
confirmation
· Continuous monitoring of the cleanliness of facilities and other equipment.
· Inform/report your immediate supervisor for the need of extensive repairs and
other major damaged on office equipment office.
· Monitoring hazards in the office such as those related to fire and electricity.
· Perform similar duties as requested by supervisor.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and skills: Knowledge of general office cleaning
Behavior- Strong human relations skill.
Qualifications and Experience: 12th grade complete and can speak English fluently & Two years of relevant experience.
