REALITY REAL ESTATE is one of the fastest growing real estate companies in Addis Ababa which specializes in building luxury apartments, commercial and Office buildings. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible to produce quality writing that connects with target audiences, boosts engagement, and enhances brand awareness and promote the company’s mission and vision through clear and compelling content.
Main duties and responsibilities
Organizes writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
Produces well-researched industry-related content for publication online and in print Plan, write and proof-read engaging blogs and articles that tie into the overall content strategy of the marketing team
Plans and write articles for a publication available on both digital channels and in print
Create compelling copy for email campaigns and adjust strategy to meet monthly goals according to analytics
Writes clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
Creates and edits copy for company websites
Creates and edit scripts for voiceover talent for various video content on YouTube
Writes content that stays true to Reality's voice and style
Develops working knowledge of our products and services to understand what customers may experience and create content accordingly
Responds to and consolidate multiple edits and points of feedback on your content

Job Requirement
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related disciple with 3-5 years of proven experience working as a copywriter for an in-house marketing department or creative agency,
Competencies:
Excellent writing and proofreading skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and learn about the industry and the audience Proven ability to weave compelling, engaging copy for any style4
Direct response sales copy writing experience a strong plus
Strong research capabilities
Outstanding command of the English language
Impressive attention to detail
Experience writing product descriptions and technical manuals
Experience writing for different channels including web, email, print, social media, etc.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude
