Responsible for overseeing the development of written contents for various platforms
and channels, including TV, Radio, Press, printed promotional materials, SMM, SEO,
SEM, Content Marketing, Paid Ads, Email marketing, Bulk SMS, Lead Nurturing
Messages, Call Center Scripts and Sales Pitches. Works closely with cross-functional
teams to develop contents that align with the organization's strategies and target
audiences.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
● Develops copy materials to implement content strategies and support marketing
and communication objectives of the company.
● Implements a broad spectrum of copywriting projects to be utilized on various
platforms through rounds of edits and revisions.
● Analyzes content ideas, scripts, source materials, and draft contents in
collaboration with subject matter experts and marketing leaders to ensure
accuracy and relevance of content against the company’s brand guidelines and
content strategies.
● Ensuring consistency of contents across platforms
● Ensure contents developed meet the required standards and are within the
boundaries of internal and external policies, rules and regulation.
● Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Marketing
Strategy and Sales teams to identify content opportunities on both digital and
offline platforms.
● Optimize the content writing process, including ideation, creation, editing, and
publishing in collaboration with other marketing teams.
● Assess external changes in the marketplace to successfully identify gaps and
opportunities in AFT’s content development practices and put forward
appropriate recommendations
● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify and adopt content
opportunities and trends.
