Job Description
Responsible planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to
increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing
objectives and target KPIs.
● Execute and manage digital campaigns across various platforms, including
Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing.
● Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic search
rankings.
● Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to the website.
● Set up and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
● Optimize ad copy, bids, and targeting for maximum ROI.
● Develop and execute social media strategies to grow and engage the target
audience.
● Create and curate content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
● Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage
existing customers.
● Monitor email performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
● Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for
various digital channels.
● Use content to drive traffic, engage the audience, and support SEO efforts.
● Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website
traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
● Provide regular reports and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and
recommend improvements.
● Coordinate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for
user experience and conversions.
● Implement website changes and updates as needed.
● Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best
practices.
● Suggest and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
Job Requirement
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fields. Certification in
Digital Marketing is a plus.
● 2 years of experience in the field of digital marketing.
Competencies and Professional skills required
● Proven track record in planning and executing successful digital marketing
campaigns.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
● Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads,
Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable
insights.
● Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content and marketing
ideas.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Detail-oriented and organized in campaign management and reporting.
● Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
