Job Summary
Responsible for analyzing costs and financial performance as well as implementing cost control measures to ensure the company’s profitability. You work closely with plant managers, project managers, procurement team and other stakeholders to monitor project budgets, track costs and provide accurate financial reports.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Must have strong knowledge of cost control principles and techniques, Inventory & cost accounting is a must with 4 to 5 years of experience with FMCG background.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Experience:
· BA in Accounting/MSc in Finance /and Accounting/MBA
· 4-5 years financial, commercial & market experience in accounting/analytical roles with FMCG sector experience and experience of managing teams.
· Must have experience of:
o Business Performance evaluation
o Strong attention to the detail and accuracy
o Budgeting & Forecasting for multiple business units
o Good internal/external communicator being able to build strong relationships, influencing and presenting at a senior level Desirable
o Working experience in Ethiopia
o Knowledge of local market environment & trends, government policy and regulatory requirements
