Greek Community School is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team in guiding our students through the Cambridge Curriculum. As an Academic Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation of the Cambridge curriculum, fostering a conducive learning environment, and overseeing the academic progress of our students.
Responsibilities:
Curriculum Implementation: Lead the implementation of the Cambridge Curriculum across all grade levels, ensuring alignment with the school's educational objectives and standards.
Staff Development: Provide guidance and support to teachers in understanding and effectively delivering the Cambridge Curriculum, including organizing training sessions and workshops.
Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and oversee assessment strategies to monitor student progress and achievement within the Cambridge Curriculum, ensuring that assessment practices are in line with Cambridge standards.
Resource Management: Manage and oversee the procurement of resources, materials, and technology necessary for the effective delivery of the Cambridge Curriculum.
Parent Communication: Establish effective communication channels with parents/guardians to keep them informed about their child's academic progress and provide support and guidance as needed.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of the Cambridge Curriculum delivery by conducting regular reviews, evaluations, and audits.
Collaboration: Collaborate with school leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative and supportive academic environment.

Job Requirement
Requirements:
Master's degree in education, educational leadership, curriculum.
Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and implementation, preferably within a Cambridge Curriculum setting.
Strong understanding of the Cambridge Curriculum framework, assessment practices, and educational standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively mentor and support teaching staff.
Proven record of accomplishment of academic excellence and student achievement.
Familiarity with educational technology and its integration into teaching and learning practices.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with current trends and best practices in education.
