Position summary A construction surveyor is responsible for taking measurements of distances and angles on a property or section of land to establish/Review legal boundaries and give input for design, performing building setting out, and independently operating surveying equipment and tools.
Essential Duties:
Conduct surveys on land sites and properties
Conduct setting out of the building
Measuring and leveling of earthwork and different building structural elements
Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy
Research and design methods for survey processes
Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features (e.g. longitudes, latitudes)
Build maps, sketches, and charts
Supervise and guide field staff
Purchase and maintain equipment
Report on survey results and present findings to clients
Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects
Perform all related works and other duties as assigned

Job Requirement
Qualification
Education:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in surveying Engineering or related fields
Experience :
5 years or more in Real Estate Construction and high-rise building Projects
Skills and Behaviors:
Proven experience as a construction Surveyor-Cs

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
