The Brand managers is responsible to oversee a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, online and offline promotions, market research and marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct consumer and market research
- Design a research-based brand strategy
- Lead a creative development of ATL communication
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market
- Monitor ROI of each marketing campaign
- Plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboard
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
- Negotiate advertising contracts
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
- Create integrated marketing concepts for all of the brand
- Lead campaign delivery - developing and managing campaign plan with across all key channels with internal stakeholders and agencies
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
1. Education requirements:
First Degree or MA in Marketing Management
2. Experience requirements:
Have more than 5 years of working experience in FMCG companies in brand planning and other marketing activities
