Premier Switch Solutions S.C. (PSS) is a leading Electronic Payment Processing Company, established by major private banks of Ethiopia. The Company has implemented the first multi-institution shared-switch infrastructure to provide its member banks with a state of the art payment technology to drive ATM, POS, e-commerce, Mobile Banking and other payment channels and provide clearing of Debit/Credit card transactions for the banks.

Description of Duties
Ensure that the CEO office is always clean, ready and attractive for work and customer handling.
Do receptions, respond to enquiries, correspondence both telephone and written directed to respective offices.
Prepare and dispatch letters, e-mail, scanning, copying and binding internal memos and other materials to member banks and other organs.
File of all documents and correspondence to and from the respective office
Maintain the CEO calendar and schedule of appointments, screen requests for meetings, synchronize office and personal diaries to ensure that appointments do not overlap.
Organize and coordinate all logistics including travel arrangements for the CEO meetings and conferences (both internal & external
Oversee the prompt collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail in the respective office.
Ensure the availability of office supplies at the CEO office.
Organize the filing and retrieval of files and documents in order to ensure that they are secure and accessible
Maintain efficient and effective communication channels between the CEO office, the Board, other departments and external customers to ensure professional interface and superior customer service.
Handle petty cash.
Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO as appropriate.
Coordinate the preparation of both local and international itineraries for the CEO and confirm travel bookings and hotel reservations
Record register and file letters, minutes, circulars, reports, and other related materials for the CEO.
Provide safe custody of correspondence files and other materials of confidential nature.
Manage the CEO office and assist the CEO on day to day routines.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
